Movie Night An outdoor evening event right on our Sutter blacktop where we'll watch a movie together on the jumbo screen. Bring blankets and chairs!

Book Fair You can shop for books at our in-person fair or online and Scholastic will give back rewards to our school.

Walkathon (partnership with teachers) A school-wide event where we walk and raise money to support various programs at Sutter.

Red Ribbon Week A week-long event that is district-wide that teaches kids about the dangers of drugs. Fun themed days and an assembly at the end of the week.

Sutterfest A fun Fall tradition at Sutter. We will have carnival-themed games, food, and even a haunted house!

Art Explosion An evening of amazing creativity where students come and explore their artistic side.

Winter Read-in Cozy up in your pjs, blankets and some sweet treats and come listen to some of our teachers read aloud stories.

Multicultural Celebration An evening to showcase all the cultures represented at Sutter. Food, crafts, dancing, and lots of fun!

Volunteer Tea An event where we show our gratitude to all our volunteers. We wouldn't be able to do this without you!

Froggy Tradition Week A long tradition at Sutter where we celebrate our frog mascot! Students get to handle live frogs and compete to see how far their frogs jump!

Staff Appreciation Week All week long we provide lunch for the teachers and staff to show them how much we love them!
PTA-Sponsored Programs

Project Cornerstone An initiative of the YMCA of Silicon Valley, volunteers spend time in the classroom every month with a different book where they will lead discussions and activities for students to learn important social-emotional skills.

Art in Action Volunteers are needed to lead art projects in the classrooms throughout the year.

Honorary Service Awards These awards are to publicly acknowledge individuals for outstanding community service to Sutter's community.
