Project Cornerstone

Project Cornerstone is an initiative of the YMCA of Silicon Valley committed to helping all children and teens feel valued, respected and known. Their ABC (Asset Building Champions) program is a literature-based program that teaches important character building skills that your child will carry through life.

 

Each month, volunteers read a pre-selected book and then lead discussions and activities that teach valuable lessons like respect, honesty, acceptance, etc. If you are a crafty person, we are also looking for volunteers to help create activities that support the lessons.
